Return Policy

Returns


Returns must be made within fifteen (15) days of purchase and must be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number issued by AADS. Returns will not be processed without a Return Authorization (RA) number and will not be accepted after 15 days from the date of purchase, except as otherwise noted herein.

Returns on shelving products must be made within fifteen (15) days of purchase or within twenty four (24) hours of delivery, whichever is later.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returns will be subject to a 30% re-stocking fee.

Items that are not eligible for returns:
  • Custom orders
  • Certain shelving products
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Health and personal care items, sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Food items
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than fifteen (15) days after purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and an RA number that can be obtained by contacting AADS.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

In no event shall our liability exceed the purchase price of the item.

Refunds (if applicable)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. The credit will be applied to your AADS account or to your original method of payment, within 30 days. Credits will be applied toward any outstanding balance.

Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Defective/Damaged Merchandise


AADS makes every effort to provide quality products. Defective or damaged items will be replaced if they are returned within thirty (30) days of purchase and are accompanied by an RA number issued by AADS. Please contact AADS to obtain an RA number for the defective or damaged product. Documentation of the defect and/or damage will be required to receive your RA number. Email AADS at info@shopaads.com, or call 800-927-6101 to arrange replacement of the item. Once you have received your RA number, send your item to: 1810 W. 4th Street Tempe AZ USA 85281 with the RA number clearly noted on the package. Restock fees will be waived for defective/damaged items. This does not apply to items which have been subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident or modification or which have been altered in any way.

Depending on your location and current manufacturing lead times, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Items Received in Error


AADS makes every effort to provide the correct product for each order received. Should you not receive the item you ordered, such item will be replaced if it is returned within thirty (30) days of purchase and are accompanied by an RA number issued by AADS. Please contact AADS to obtain an RA number for the incorrect product. Email AADS at info@shopaads.com, or call 800-927-6101 to arrange replacement of the item. Once you have received your RA number, send your item to: 3637 W. Roanoke Avenue, Suite 5, Phoenix, AZ USA 85048 with the RA number clearly noted on the package. Restock fees will be waived for incorrect items received and return shipping costs will be covered by AADS. This does not apply to items incorrectly ordered by the user or which have been subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident or modification or which have been altered in any way.

If you ordered an incorrect item or changed your mind after the order shipped, this section does not apply.

Discounted items (if applicable)


Discounted or discontinued items may not be eligible for a refund. Contact the office with any questions.

Cancel or Changes to an order


If your product has already shipped, we are not able to cancel or make changes. Please see return policy above as needed.

A charge may be assessed for any changes to an order that has already been put into production.

Shipping


To return your product, you should mail your product to: 3637 W. Roanoke Avenue, Suite 5, Phoenix, AZ 85009.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless otherwise noted herein. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
